I am an HR consultant and a community-rooted problem solver.
With a Master’s degree in Management & Leadership and a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) certification, I bring both strategic insight and hands-on experience to every client I support.
Over the years, I have worked the full employee life-cycle. From onboarding and policy creation to training design, compliance, and leadership development.
Growing up in the ag community, I saw firsthand that grit, hard work, and heart are what it takes to run a family farm or small operation. That foundation inspired my people-first approach to HR and fuels my passion for supporting small ag-based businesses. Whether you’re managing a seasonal workforce, navigating compliance, or just need someone to take the HR piece off your plate, I am here to help you focus on what you do best.
Outside of HR, I am a proud mom, volleyball coach, and a lifelong learner. You can usually find me with a good book in one hand, a coffee in the other, or hitting the weights at the gym! Whether it’s on the court or in my community, I’m passionate about showing up with purpose and helping others grow.
